1. ACCEPTANCE AND APPLICATION

RemoteDerm ('RemoteDerm', 'we' or 'us'), provides this Privacy Policy ('Privacy Policy') to inform you ('User' or 'Users' or 'you') of our policies and procedures relating to our website (the “Site”, “Platform”), and all related websites, mobile applications, and other services (“Services”, “TeleDermatology Sevices” & “TeleMedicine Services”) provided by us and all other communications with you.

This Privacy Policy applies to anyone (including but not limited to Patient and Medical Professional) using the Services. By visiting the Site or by using the Platform/Service, you accept the terms and conditions of this Policy. If you don’t think this policy applies to you or you don’t agree with it, don’t use this Platform/Service.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains the information that we collect through the Platform/Service, how we use and disclose such information, and the ways we protect such information. We reserve the right at any time, in our sole discretion and without any liability, to update or modify the Privacy Policy without notice

2. Collection of Information

We collect information that you provide to us directly, such as when you create or modify your account or when you contact us, when contact customer service. This information may include (but is not limited to): your name, postal address, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, medical history, photos and any other information you choose to provide. The legal bases for our processing of Personal Information is for providing the Teledermatology Service to you. We may also process Personal Information upon your consent, asking for it as appropriate.

Personal Information also includes other information, such as preferences, when any such information is linked to information that identifies a specific individual. If you choose to withhold any Personal Information requested by us, it may not be possible for you to gain access to certain parts of the TeleDermatology Service.

We may obtain information, including Personal Information, from third parties and sources other than the Service, such as our partners or advertisers. If we combine or associate information from other sources with Personal Information that we collect through the Service, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information in accordance with this Policy.

When you use the Service, we may automatically record certain information from your device by using various types of technology, including (but not limited to) IP address or other device address or ID, web browser and/or device type, the web pages or sites visited just before or just after using the Service, the pages or other content you view or interact with on the Service, and the dates and times of the visit, access, your location data (which is anonymous) or use of the Service.

We use non-personal information to review our traffic, to individualize our Service, such as remembering your information so that you will not have to re-enter it; to observe how Users use our services, to provide customized advertisements, content, and information, to monitor and analyze usage of the Services, to monitor and analyze statistics, to ensure proper technical administration, to track your entries, submissions, and status in any promotions or other activities on the Service to increase the functionality and usability of our Services and to better adapt them according to the needs of our Users. This type of information will not allow you to be personally identified. We also may use these techniques and technologies to collect information regarding your interaction with email messages (whether you open, click on, or forward a message). You may limit the automatic collection of certain information by our Service, for instance by disabling the cookies using your browser options. Disabling the cookies may limit or prevent you from using specific features on our Service, such as maintaining an online account.

3. Use of Information

We take steps designed to ensure that only those employees who need access to your Personal Information will have access to it. We use the collected information to function, maintain, enhance and provide all features of the Service (TeleDermatology Service and other Services including research, clinical trials, educational, teaching and development purposes), to provide the services and information that you asked for, to reply to comments and questions and to provide support to users of the Service.

We also use the information to better comprehend and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our users and to improve the Service, to communicate with you as well as to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, where applicable.

We would not use your personal information for other purposes without your consent. We may use your information to send you newsletter or other advertisement information with regards to our services or products that we offer on our platform.

4. Administer Prize Draws and Competitions.

We may use your information to administer prize draws and competitions when you elect to participate in our competitions.

5. To send you Marketing and Promotional Communications.

We and/or our third-party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. For example, when expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our , subscribing to marketing or otherwise contacting us, we will collect personal information from you. You can opt-out of our marketing emails at any time (see the 'WHAT ARE')

6. Deliver Targeted Advertising to You:

We may use your information to develop and display personalized content and advertising (and work with third parties who do so) tailored to your interests and/or location and to measure its effectiveness.

7. Opting out of Email Marketing:

You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using “Contact Us”. You will then be removed from the marketing email list, however, we may still communicate with you, for example to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

8. Sharing Information

We may disclose certain information that we collect from you in order to provide the service among our company and affiliates, subsidiaries, with third party service providers who provide hosting and other services for RemoteDerm. We use the delivery address provided by you along with your full name, email, and telephone number to register you an account with our prescription delivery partner. Additionally we share the prescription with our delivery partner or fax it to your pharmacy based on your choice. We limit the information provided to these service providers to that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions. All the service providers we use are required to have the same level of privacy protection as ours.

We may share non-personal information with third parties including but not limited to statistical, machine learning, advertising, or marketing purposes. We may also share information with other physicians and health care allied who provide shared care for our users/patients/you. In compliance with governmental regulations, we may share information that may be required by law.

We may also share information to an acquirer, successor or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, or any other situation in which Personal Information may be disclosed or transferred as one of our corporate assets. However, under no circumstances will these transactions permit the use of your information for purposes other than those for which you have given us your consent and only if the recipient of your Personal Information commits to a privacy policy that has terms substantially consistent with this Policy.

9. New Items

In order to improve our service to the users as well as for marketing purposes, we may provide certain information that get automatically collected, some non-personally identifiable information to various third parties for different reasons including compliance with different reporting obligations; (ii) marketing or business purposes; or (iii) to better sense of your usage, habits and interests pattern for certain programs, content, services, and/or functionality available through the Service.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission as well as when we receive it. We maintain appropriate physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse, and any other unlawful form of processing of the Personal Information in our possession. The Service may contain features or links to websites and services provided by third parties. Any information you provide on third-party sites or services is provided directly to the operators of such services and is subject to those operators’ policies, if any, governing privacy and security, even if accessed through the Service. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third-party sites or services to which links or access are provided through the Service. We encourage you to learn about third parties’ privacy and security policies before providing them with information.

Social Media : We offer you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter or Instagram or other social media logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile Information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often (not limited to) include your name, email address, friends list, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public on such social media platform. We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant . Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.

Analytical Information : We may use various data analytical websites for our marketing purposes. They utilize the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Platform, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other services. Google analytical and others may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the platform. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our , and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information either by refusing access to the information or by disabling your Location setting on your device. Note however, if you choose to opt out, you may not be able to use certain aspects of the Services.

On written request and subject to proof of identity, you may access the Personal Information that we hold, used or communicated and ask that any necessary corrections be made, where applicable, as authorized or required by law. However, to make sure that the Personal Information we maintain about you is accurate and up to date, please inform us immediately of any change in your Personal Information by email.

13. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the , you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the . If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected directly, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. You may receive a request to fill surveys when you visit the Platform. We use information from surveys to better understand the needs of our clients and to gather information about health care trends and issues. We may share anonymized information from surveys with third parties who perform data management services for our site. Those third parties have agreed to keep all data from surveys confidential. Also, we may share information from surveys in an aggregated, anonymized form with third parties with whom we have a business relationship.

15. Update

Please revisit Privacy & Policy page (this page) occasionally to stay aware of any changes to this Policy, which we may update from time to time. If we modify the Policy, we will make it available through the Service, and indicate the date of the latest revision, and will comply with applicable law. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Policy has become effective indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to the current version of the Policy.
